The platform for a career mentoring practice

A promotion case is built over quarters. A career switch is planned across a year. Mentor10 holds that arc in one structured record instead of across a notes app, a calendar link and your memory.

What breaks today

01

The engagement outlives your notes

A career move takes quarters, not sessions. By month eight, the reason a goal was set in month two sits in a document nobody can find — least of all the mentee.

02

Every intake is a cold read

You learn what someone actually wants three sessions in, after the rate is agreed and the shape of the engagement is already set.

03

The outcome lands after you stop counting

The offer comes through two months after the last session. It is the single most useful thing you could show the next mentee, and nothing records it.

What Mentor10 does about it

Questions

Will Mentor10 bring me career mentees?

Not at this stage. Mentor10 is built for mentors who already have mentees or a network to invite; mentee-side discovery arrives later with the open marketplace. You keep the relationship entirely — the platform is the infrastructure around it.

Can I run different session types at different rates?

Yes. You define session types, each with its own rate and length, in your own currency, and change them whenever you want. A one-off review and a standing monthly session don't have to be priced the same.
