The platform for an executive mentoring practice
At this level the engagement is bought on your record and judged on what changed. Both have to be visible without turning a confidential conversation into a marketing asset.
What breaks today
Your credentials are asserted, not checked
A profile anyone could have written says nothing. The person deciding whether to commit a five-figure budget has no way to verify a word of it.
Confidentiality and evidence pull opposite ways
The engagement is private. The sponsor still wants to know it worked. Without structure, one of the two gives.
Sponsors ask for reporting you can't produce
An HR director funding six engagements needs something at programme level. You have six sets of private notes and no safe way to summarise them.
What Mentor10 does about it
- 01 / 10
Mentor profile & credentials
Identity and credentials are verified by a review team, so what the profile claims has been checked by someone other than its author.
- 05 / 10
Structured session records
A durable record per engagement, scoped to the people in it. Access is a decision rather than an accident.
- 06 / 10
Goals & progress tracking
Milestones and rated check-ins show the shape of progress without exposing what was said to reach it.
- 10 / 10
Long-term follow-up
Check-ins scheduled after the engagement closes capture what actually held six or twelve months later — the only evidence that carries weight at this level.
Questions
Who can see the session record?
Access is scoped to the people in the engagement. Records, notes and documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and a sponsoring organisation receives programme-level reporting rather than session content.
Can an organisation pay for the engagement instead of the individual?
Yes. Partner organisations can fund seats and assign mentees, and you are paid your full rate. The commercial relationship with the organisation does not change what you charge.
