Is this only for hourly work?
You define your own session types and rates, so a standing monthly advisory slot and a one-off review can sit in the same practice at different prices. What Mentor10 does not do is bill against a retainer or a fixed-fee project — payment is per session.
What is the platform fee?
A single, visible fee on completed sessions — no subscription, no listing fee, no charge per feature. Founding-cohort mentors pay 0% for their first twelve months.
