Questions
Do mentors have to discount their rate for sponsored seats?
No. The organisation funds the seat and the mentor is paid their full rate. Subsidy is a decision the sponsor makes, not a discount the mentor absorbs.
What does programme reporting contain?
Programme-level outcomes — goals set, milestones reached, check-in ratings and follow-up results, aggregated across the seats you fund. Session content stays with the mentor and mentee.
