The platform for mentoring founders
Founders don't book neatly. The session that matters happens the week the round wobbles, across three timezones, and the invoice for it goes out a month late. Mentor10 takes all three off your desk.
What breaks today
Bookings arrive in bursts
Quiet for a fortnight, then four founders need an hour in the same week. Unless limits and notice windows are enforced by something other than your goodwill, the calendar sets your terms.
The advice is untraceable
You said something in March that changed the hiring plan. In June nobody — including you — can point at where it was said or what was agreed.
Invoicing a founder is awkward
Chasing payment from someone whose runway you have just spent an hour discussing is the worst conversation in the practice.
What Mentor10 does about it
- 03 / 10
Scheduling & availability
Timezone-aware booking with buffers, notice windows, session limits and a cancellation policy the platform enforces — a bursty week can't quietly become a bad one.
- 04 / 10
Live sessions
Sessions run natively, so there is no meeting link to manage and the notes attach themselves to the right record.
- 05 / 10
Structured session records
What was decided in March is a record with a date on it, not a recollection.
- 07 / 10
Payments, escrow & payouts
The founder pays when they book, funds are held until the session is delivered, and the money conversation happens once — at booking, not afterwards.
Questions
Can I mentor for equity or as an advisor?
Mentor10 handles cash payment for sessions — rate, escrow and payout. An advisory or equity arrangement sits outside the platform: you can run the sessions and keep the record here, and keep that agreement separate.
What if a founder cancels the morning of the session?
Your notice window and cancellation policy are configured once and enforced by the platform. A late cancellation settles according to the terms you set, and you are not the one having that conversation.
