Takes under a minute. No card, no commitment.
Verified mentor
ID · Credentials · Payout
Every Mentor10 signal is scored out of ten — for mentors and mentees alike.
- Funds held until the session is delivered
- Identity and credential verification
- End-to-end encrypted session records
- GDPR & LGPD-ready data handling
- Full audit trail on every account
- Multi-currency payouts
- Consent-first recordings
- Exportable practice data — always yours
A mentoring practice shouldn't live in six browser tabs.
Most mentors run their work across a scheduling link, a video tool, a notes app, a spreadsheet, a payment processor and a chat thread. Nothing talks to anything. The record of a mentee's progress ends up in your head — and the invoice ends up chased.
Fragmentation
Six tools, zero continuity
Context is scattered across products that were never designed to know about each other. Every session starts from a cold start.
Exposure
You carry all the risk
Chasing late payments, absorbing no-shows, negotiating scope. The admin load lands on the person who should be mentoring.
Amnesia
Progress goes unrecorded
Without a structured record, nobody can show what changed over eighteen months — not the mentee, not the sponsor, not you.
Ten systems. One practice.
Mentor10 covers the whole arc — from the first application a mentee sends you to the check-in you run two years later. Each part is designed to stand on its own and to hand off cleanly to the next.
- 01
Mentor profile & credentials
A verified professional profile with checked identity, credentials and track record. The trust signal does the qualifying for you.
- 02
Intake & fit screening
Custom application forms, screening questions and a structured fit review, so the sessions you accept are the ones worth running.
- 03
Scheduling & availability
Timezone-aware booking with buffers, session limits, notice windows and a cancellation policy that the platform enforces for you.
- 04
Live sessions
Video, shared agenda, in-call notes and consent-gated recording — with no third-party meeting link to manage.
- 05
Structured session records
Every session produces a durable record: agenda, decisions, action items and next steps, shared with the mentee.
- 06
Goals & progress tracking
Goals broken into milestones, with a rated check-in after each session. Progress becomes evidence instead of memory.
- 07
Payments, escrow & payouts
The mentee pays up front, funds are held until delivery, and payouts land on a predictable schedule in your own currency.
- 08
Groups & cohorts
Run group mentoring, cohorts and office hours with shared curriculum, seat management and per-member progress.
- 09
Partner organisations
NGOs, foundations and employers can sponsor seats, assign mentees and receive impact reporting without touching your rates.
- 10
Long-term follow-up
Scheduled check-ins after an engagement ends, so outcomes are tracked long after the last paid session.
From application to payout, without leaving the platform.
Four steps to a running practice. Most mentors are taking bookings within a week of applying.
Step one
Apply and get verified
A short application, then identity and credential verification handled by our review team. You keep control of what appears publicly.
Typically reviewed within 3 business days
Step two
Set your terms
Your rate, your currency, your availability, your session formats, your cancellation and rescheduling policy. Mentor10 enforces them so you never have to.
Change them whenever you like
Step three
Run the work
Intake, booking, the live session, notes and action items all happen in one place — and every one of them writes to the same mentee record.
One record per mentee, for as long as it lasts
Step four
Get paid, then keep going
Funds release after each delivered session and pay out on schedule. Follow-up check-ins keep the relationship alive after the engagement closes.
Payouts every two business days
Money moves through the platform, so it stops being your problem.
Mentees pay when they book. Funds sit in escrow until the session is delivered. You get paid on a schedule you can plan around — and never send a reminder email again.
- 01
Paid up front, released on delivery
No invoice chasing, no awkward follow-ups. The commercial conversation happens once, when the booking is made.
- 02
No-shows are covered by policy
Your cancellation window is enforced by the system, not by you. Late cancellations settle according to the terms you set.
- 03
Your currency, your jurisdiction
Multi-currency pricing and payouts, with the tax documentation you need generated automatically for your country.
- 04
One transparent fee
A single platform fee shown on every transaction. No listing fees, no lead fees, no surcharge for the tools you use.
Founding mentor terms
0% platform fee for the first twelve months
The first cohort of Mentor10 mentors keeps 100% of their session revenue for a full year, and locks a reduced rate afterwards.
Built to be audited, not just believed.
Mentors put their reputation on this platform. That obligation shapes how Mentor10 is engineered — the controls below are part of the product, not a policy page.
Verified identity, on both sides
Mentors complete identity and credential verification. Mentees are verified before they can book. Nobody joins a session anonymously.
Funds held in escrow
Session payments are held by our regulated payment partner and released against delivery, protecting both parties in a dispute.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Session records, notes and documents are encrypted end to end. Access is scoped to the people in the engagement.
GDPR & LGPD-ready by design
Data-subject requests, retention windows, regional data residency and a documented processing basis for every field we store.
Consent before recording
Nothing is recorded without explicit, logged consent from every participant — revocable at any point, including afterwards.
Your data, exportable
Your mentee records, notes and history export in full, in an open format, whenever you ask. There is no hostage clause.
Mentorship isn't only two people on a call.
The same record, scheduling and payment rails work for the formats that reach further — without a second product to learn.
Cohorts & group mentoring
Run a curriculum across a cohort with seats, shared materials, group sessions and individual progress tracked per member.
- Seat management and waitlists
- Shared agenda, private notes
- Per-member progress reporting
NGOs & sponsored programmes
Partner organisations fund seats for mentees who could not otherwise pay, and receive the impact reporting their own funders require.
- Sponsored and subsidised seats
- Programme-level outcome reports
- Mentors are paid their full rate
Long-term follow-up
An engagement ending is not the end of the relationship. Scheduled check-ins capture what actually changed, months or years later.
- Automated check-in cadence
- Outcome capture over time
- Alumni network access
A marketplace worth being listed in.
Mentor10 starts with mentors and the mentees they already bring. The open marketplace opens once there is enough depth to make a listing worth having — and when it does, the mentors who built the platform have the record to rank on.
Now
Mentor practice platform
The complete toolkit for mentors running their own book of mentees, on their own terms.
Next
Organisations & programmes
Partner dashboards, sponsored cohorts and programme-level reporting for NGOs and employers.
Then
Open marketplace
Mentee-side discovery, ranked on verified outcomes rather than ad spend. Early mentors carry their track record in.
What mentors ask us first.
01Do I have to bring my own mentees?
At this stage, yes — Mentor10 is built for mentors who already have people they work with, or a network they can invite. You keep the relationship entirely; we provide the infrastructure around it. Mentee-side discovery arrives with the open marketplace.
02Who sets the price of a session?
You do, in your own currency, per session type. You can price differently for individuals, groups and sponsored seats, and change your rates whenever you want without renegotiating anything.
03What happens if a mentee doesn't show up?
Your cancellation and no-show policy is configured once and enforced by the platform. Within your notice window a session settles according to your terms — you are not the one having that conversation.
04Can I use my own video tool?
Sessions run natively in Mentor10 so that notes, action items and consent-gated recordings attach to the mentee record automatically. External links are supported, but the record is thinner.
05Is my mentee data locked in?
No. Every record, note and document exports in full, in an open format, on request. If you leave, you leave with your practice intact.
06How does Mentor10 make money?
A single, visible platform fee on completed sessions. No subscription, no listing fee, no charge for features. Founding mentors pay 0% for their first twelve months.
07How does the waitlist work?
You leave your name, email and the area you mentor in. When founding cohort places open, you get the invitation before the public announcement, with the verification steps laid out. Signing up costs nothing, holds no payment, and you can leave the list whenever you want.
08What happens to the details I leave here?
They are used only to talk to you about Mentor10 opening. We don't sell them, don't pass them to third parties and don't add you to any bought list. Ask us to remove the record and it is deleted — the same data handling we apply inside the platform.
09 / 10Waitlist · Founding cohort
Get on the list before the founding cohort opens.
Mentor10 is being built with a small group of mentors. Leave your details and you'll be called as soon as intake opens — with founding cohort terms held for you.
- 1Invited before the public announcement
- 20% platform fee for twelve months
- 3Direct line to the people building the product
Your details stay with Mentor10. Leave the list whenever you want.
