Privacy notice

Mentor10 is a product of Farbound Labs, registered in São Paulo, Brazil. Any question about this notice, and any request under it, reaches us at contato@mentor10.com.

Required: your name and your email address. Optional: what you mentor in, and a LinkedIn profile or website.

Recorded alongside them: the exact wording of the agreement you ticked and the moment you ticked it, the language you were reading the site in, the page you arrived from, and any campaign parameters that were in the URL. Your browser's user-agent string is stored with the entry.

That is the entire list. There is no other form on this site.

No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party scripts, no social widgets. Typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so reading this page sends no request to another company.

Your IP address is not stored in readable form. It is held briefly in the server's memory to stop one device submitting the form repeatedly, and if it is written down at all it is written as a one-way salted hash that cannot be turned back into an address.

We use your details for one purpose: to contact you about Mentor10 opening, and to talk to you about joining the founding cohort. The basis is your consent — LGPD Art. 7, I and GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). You gave it with the checkbox, and you can withdraw it at any time.

The rate limiting described above rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable — LGPD Art. 7, IX and GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).

Until you ask us to delete it, or until founding-cohort intake has closed and you have told us you are not interested — whichever comes first. We do not keep a list for a product you decided against.

Our hosting and database providers process the data on our behalf, under contract, and for no purpose of their own.

Your details are not sold, not passed to advertisers, not traded and never merged into a purchased list.

One, and only if you use it: choosing a language in the footer sets a preference cookie so the site remembers. Nothing else on this site sets a cookie, which is also why you are not being asked to dismiss a banner.

You can ask us to confirm whether we hold anything about you, show you what it is, correct it, delete or anonymise it, hand it over in a portable form, tell you who else has seen it, or withdraw your consent entirely. These are your rights under LGPD Art. 18 and Chapter III of the GDPR.

Write to contato@mentor10.com. We answer within the statutory period, and deletion means deletion — not a flag on a row we keep.

In Brazil, start to finish. The site is served from São Paulo, the function that receives the waitlist form runs in São Paulo, and the database it writes to is with a managed cloud provider in Brazil.

Nothing you submit here leaves the country, so there is no international transfer to declare under LGPD Art. 33. If that ever changes, this section is where you will see it change first.

If this notice changes in a way that affects what we do with details we already hold, we email the people it affects rather than quietly editing the page.
