Verified identity on both sides. Mentors complete identity and credential verification through a review team; mentees are verified before they can book. Nobody joins a session anonymously.

Funds held in escrow. Session payments sit with a regulated payment partner and are released against delivery, which protects both parties if there is a dispute.

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Session records, notes and documents are encrypted, and access is scoped to the people in the engagement rather than to everyone with an account.

Nothing is recorded without explicit, logged consent from every participant, revocable at any point including after the session.

Data-subject requests, retention windows and a documented processing basis for every field are part of the design rather than a policy written afterwards, under both the LGPD and the GDPR.

Your records, notes and history export in full, in an open format, whenever you ask. There is no hostage clause.

The platform is in construction. What exists publicly is this website and the waitlist form, and it is worth being specific about how those behave.

The site loads no third-party scripts, no analytics and no advertising tags, and serves its own typefaces, so reading it sends no request to another company. The form is protected by a hidden field and a minimum time-on-form rather than a CAPTCHA, and neither costs a visitor anything.

Your IP address is used in memory to rate-limit submissions and is stored, if at all, only as a salted one-way hash.

If you find a vulnerability in this site, write to contato@mentor10.com with enough detail to reproduce it. We will confirm receipt, and we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not access other people's data.
